Stefanny Caballero brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in the social services sector, with a deep commitment to advancing equity, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding opportunity for underserved communities.

Most recently, she served as Chief Advancement Officer at Greater Than (formerly I Have A Dream Oregon), where she partnered closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to guide organizational strategy, growth, and key decision-making in service of students and families. Prior to that, Stefanny spent nearly a decade with the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation, including more than four years as Executive Director. In this role, she worked alongside the Foundation’s Board, team, and Health Center leadership to strengthen philanthropic efforts, deepen community relationships, and support access to critical health services across the region.

Earlier in her career, Stefanny spent eight years at United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, where she held a range of roles, including leading corporate engagement and workplace giving campaigns that generated more than $2 million and building partnerships that connected resources to community needs.

Stefanny’s expertise spans community engagement, corporate social responsibility, strategic planning, fundraising, financial oversight, and operational excellence, as well as developing outreach strategies that better serve communities of color. She has contributed to health equity efforts at both the local and state levels, including service on Oregon’s Health Equity Committee, where she supported policy development focused on eliminating health disparities and advancing equitable outcomes for all Oregonians.

Born and raised in Honduras, Stefanny moved to the United States more than two decades ago and has since made the Pacific Northwest her home. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Portland State University and remains deeply committed to community service. She has served on the boards of Bienestar and Familias en Acción, reflecting her ongoing dedication to supporting the Latine community across the region.
